CineVoice Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms apply to CineVoice, a video creation and YouTube publishing application, not to the separate Vowd social accountability app.
Service description
CineVoice assists its operator in creating video content and uploading videos to YouTube channels they are authorized to manage.
Authorized use
Anyone using CineVoice must have permission to access the connected YouTube channel and must comply with applicable laws, copyright requirements, YouTube's policies, and Google's API terms. Do not use CineVoice to publish content you do not have the right to use.
Google and YouTube authorization
Uploading to YouTube requires a valid Google authorization grant with the applicable permissions. Access can be revoked from Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access may stop connected upload features from working.
Content and responsibility
The channel owner or authorized operator is responsible for reviewing published content and for the accuracy, legality, and rights to video, audio, images, titles, and descriptions.
Availability
CineVoice may experience errors or interruptions, including those caused by YouTube API quotas, access restrictions, or network and service outages. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Third-party terms
Use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the application evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
